Trisha Hayden, RN, is the founder of The Springs Wellness Center, a boutique wellness collective created to support health and well-being across the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
With more than twenty-five years of experience as a registered nurse, Trisha brings a strong clinical foundation to her work, along with extensive training in integrative health, nervous system regulation, somatic healing, meditation, Reiki, yoga, and wellness coaching. Her experience has given her a broad understanding of the many factors that influence how people feel, function, heal, and sustain their health over time.
Throughout her career, Trisha became increasingly aware that health is rarely about one symptom, one diagnosis, or simply knowing what we “should” be doing. Stress, nervous system patterns, sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships, emotional well-being, life transitions, and our sense of connection all affect the body. Lasting wellness often requires looking at the person as a whole.
That understanding became part of the foundation for The Springs.
The Springs brings together restorative therapies, experienced practitioners, education, and integrative wellness services in one thoughtfully designed space. Medical-grade red light therapy, infrared sauna, halotherapy, PEMF, massage, energy work, coaching, workshops, and other supportive modalities give clients multiple ways to care for their health based on what they need in a particular season of life.
Trisha’s vision is to make whole-person wellness feel both accessible and trustworthy. She believes there is tremendous value in clinical knowledge and in restorative practices that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, build greater resilience, and take a more active role in their well-being.
The Springs reflects that philosophy: a place where science and holistic care can coexist, where restoration is treated as an essential part of health, and where people are supported in building greater vitality, balance, and well-being for the years ahead.
In nature, a spring begins quietly beneath the surface. Water gathers deep within the earth, filtered slowly through layers of stone until, in the right moment, it rises.
It does not force its way forward. It emerges when the conditions are right, offering steady, life-giving flow to everything around it.
I chose the name The Springs because true healing follows a similar path. The body does not respond well to pressure and force. It responds to safety, support, and the right environment.
Here, the intention is simple. To create a space where the nervous system can soften, where the body can remember its own wisdom, and where restoration can unfold naturally.
Like a spring, renewal begins from within.
While The Springs, a boutique wellness collective, prepares to open, you can work with Trisha directly through private coaching and integrative health approaches that include nervous system guidance.
